Information you give us: your name and email address, the Builder Track you select, anything you submit in the diagnostic or intake forms, and any build you submit to the Buildathon.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring source and campaign parameters such as utm tags, stored in your browser so your experience and attribution stay consistent during your visit.

Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the amount, and your billing email and name. We never see or store your full card number.

To deliver the program and your community access, to send your receipt and onboarding instructions, to personalize your Builder Track, to support you during the cohort, to operate the Buildathon, to improve this site, and to send you messages about ARKTEKT programs you can opt out of at any time.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe for payments, Lovable Cloud for application data storage, Skool for the program community, and our email provider for transactional and program email. Each processes your information under its own terms and only to provide its service to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Enrollment and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Lead and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. You can clear the track preference and attribution stored in your browser by clearing site data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. Send requests to build@arktektai.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

This site and the program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
