Terms of purchase and use

Enrollment in the Master Builder Program Founding Cohort is a one time purchase of $247 USD. It includes six weeks of live programming, two live Builder experiences per week, a personalized Builder Track, guided build work, and access to the program community and its recordings.

The program is delivered online. Session times, formats and the schedule may be adjusted, and individual sessions may be replaced with equivalent material, at the Sponsor's reasonable discretion.

All sales are final. Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

This is a live, capacity limited cohort. Your seat removes a seat from a limited pool at the moment of purchase. Please read these terms, the disclaimer and the Buildathon rules before you enroll. If you paid twice for the same seat or were charged in error, contact support and we will correct it.

Instead of a refund window, your seat carries a lifetime guarantee: continuing access to the ARKTEKT Builder community and ongoing coaching inside it, for as long as ARKTEKT operates that community, at no additional cost.

This guarantee covers community access and ongoing coaching. It does not include future paid programs, one to one consulting engagements, or third party tool subscriptions. Access may be suspended for conduct violations under clause 05.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ARKTEKT Technologies, LLC does not store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required.

Onboarding instructions, including how to join the community, are sent to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check spam filters.

Your seat is for you alone. Do not share logins, recordings, materials or community access with anyone else. Harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, or redistribution of program materials may result in removal without refund.

All program materials, frameworks, recordings and written content remain the property of ARKTEKT Technologies, LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and your own projects.

Anything you build during the program is yours.

The Buildathon is a conditional, skill-based competition and is governed by its Official Rules. If fewer than 50% of the 50 cohort seats are sold, the Buildathon will not be held and no prize will be awarded. Your enrollment price is not payment for a prize entry and is not refundable if the Buildathon does not take place.

The program teaches a skill. It does not guarantee income, clients, funding or employment. See the earnings and program disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of ARKTEKT Technologies, LLC arising out of your enrollment is limited to the amount you paid. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
